Will the kings ever rise above a cumulonimbus cloud And speak some sense to the sky that covers their land? Or has the knowledge been removed from the crowd To teach us that once upon a time we were a grain of sand? Will the kings ever meet the commoners for a cup of tea And become an image of true nobility that does not decay? Or has nobility formed soldiers to mix blood with the sea To teach a supposedly sick society how to humbly betray? Will the kings ever show their true loving fatherly face And form a pact with us who hold them so dearly? Or have they started fearing our knowledge and race To never teach us our own magnificent history so clearly? Sunday, 05 th of July 2015
To resurrect a Muslim is to guide him, Both in words and actions, back to the salaf, In case I have been misunderstood, Read the Qur'an and the Hadeeth, Then judge me accordingly. There are many analysts out there, Each with different mentality, But all agree that world events Have a religious component. We can communicate in English for eternity, But change comes from Arabic, Tall trees may fall but deep roots stay together, In unity we may be fruitful! There was a time when we were heroes! There was a time when you had an excuse to follow us! Tuesday, 8 th of January 2013
Thoughts I have conquered before, Left me exposed in front of persons, Protected from the past no more, Engulfed by madness as it worsens. Thoughts I treasured in my core, Scattered as butterflies far away, Confiscated as I stumble ashore, Forgot the true nature of my way. Thoughts I mapped to explore, Faded as if a tiny water vapour, Forgotten behind a closed door, Plain as a blank sheet of paper. Thoughts I forced out after a roar, Found a gust of air for a breath, Reclaimed my aim in this war, Guided into the arms of death. Wednesday, 9 th of May 2012
